El Mero Cuchillero mezcal is made in the region of San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca by Master Justino García Cruz. Mr. García is a fourth-generation mezcal expert who personally supervises that each step of the process complies with the traditional manner of artesenal production.
Produced from the perfect combination of three varieties of maguey: Espadín, Tobalá and Tepextate which provides the opportunity to enjoy three very high quality mezcals. To verify this, pearls have to be observed when the bottle is stirred in order to recognize – at a first glance – its main features: its purity and its beauty.
Clean and bright. Perlado confirming its alcoholic strength. Nose: Maguey cooked, smoked with herbal notes. Strong hints of resin, moisture and mud. Franco attack on the palate, consistent with its aromas with very long finish.
